Job Overview

This is a full-time Dispatcher position working 12-hour shifts in Wytheville, VA. The selected candidate will coordinate field personnel, manage incoming and outgoing communications, maintain accurate logs, and support operational response efforts.

Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned location.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned location (Wytheville, VA)
• Ability to pass a criminal background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Current DCJS registration as an Unarmed Security Officer
• Licensed Unarmed Security Officer with DCJS (or ability to obtain)
