Job Description

Steadfast Security Solutions, LLC is seeking full-time Drivers for our Roanoke, VA location. Drivers will be required to be registered as Unarmed Security Officers with the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) of Virginia. Training will be provided if needed. Drivers will be stationed in the Roanoke area of operations and dispatched to various locations to pick up individuals under Temporary Detention Orders (TDOs) for our Custody Agents or Law Enforcement officers and transport the individual to specific facilities throughout the state of Virginia.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with a pay range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be registered as Unarmed Security Officer with Virginia DCJS - training will be provided if needed
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's License (Required)
• Must have a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills
• Must have excellent reading, writing, and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• 1 year Unarmed Security and/or Transport experience (Required)

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 12-hour shifts
• Day shift, Night shift, and Overnight shift available
• Weekends as needed
